We pay great attention to standards: the massage must last exactly the stated time, and the qualification of the masters must meet expectations. Your remarks regarding the gender of the staff and the duration of the procedures have already been passed on to the spa centre management for an internal review. We will separately address the situation with the pushy request for tips — this is not mandatory and should not spoil the holiday.
